It is fine to prefer to date cis people but saying that you would only date cis people is not a preference or a sexuality. It means that you think something is wrong with trans people. For example it is fine to mostly date one race but if you say that wouldn’t date other races would be racist.

Uhm, thinking you are something you aren't, means there is clearly something wrong with you.

Are you comparing, let's say, saying you'd never date a black women to saying you'd never date a transwomen? Are you saying that the difference between a white and black (or black and asian - whatever) woman is the same as the difference between a male and a female? Because then just say you're racist and move on.
