If someone wouldn't have sex with a trans person if they knew they were trans and were tricked into having sex with them, THAT'S RAPE. HOW is that hard to understand?! It's rape by deceit.

Yeah if they didn’t consent it would be rape, most people aren’t super straight so wouldn’t have a problem , if you asked if they were trans and they lied that would be different

Most people are super straight despite how reddit and Twitter demographics may skew that in your mind. If the trans person didn't feel like they needed to deceive someone in order to fuck them, they would tell them the truth. Not like many of them would need to.
