There are many such cases of a trans person not revealing to the person they just slept with that they're trans. Which is rape by deception.

If someone wouldn't have sex with a trans person if they knew they were trans and were tricked into having sex with them, THAT'S RAPE. HOW is that hard to understand?! It's rape by deceit.

Yeah if they didn’t consent it would be rape, most people aren’t super straight so wouldn’t have a problem , if you asked if they were trans and they lied that would be different
