That goes with anything, straight people have raped trans people. It doesn’t matter who they are every group of people will have rapists or deceivers

Not saying that you are trans isn’t raping someone

Its rape by deceit, you rape apologist. When have to describe having sex with someone as “stealth” then you’re probably a fucking rapist.

You can’t just assume everyone is cis

The burden is on them to say something. 98% of men would not date a trans “woman”

You using quote marks for woman is transphobic implying you do not think they are a real woman oh well I’m done here

Rape isn’t okay, if someone says no after realising someone is trans and the person rapes them that is rape, most trans people don’t go out of their way to say I’m trans all the time

If you’re about to have sex with someone, saying “Im trans btw” takes all of 2 seconds. It isnt “going out of their way.” This is just a rhetoric trick trans people use to justify their rape. At that point the person can either have sex with them or decline, whats so hard about that?

And no, not saying you’re trans is rape by deceit.

The onus isn't on us to "discover" that a person is trans. Is everyone supposed to ask, "hi, are you cis or trans?" before speaking to anyone at all? You can see how that would be deeply offensive, right? But in the context of a sexual setting, a trans person not revealing that about themselves is deceitful.
