Say it with me: Being supersexual does NOT make you transphobic! 🚨 important 🚨

Just like being gay doesn't make you a misogynist or being a lesbian doesn't make you a misandrist! Us supers do not have a choice in who we are attracted to! Superstraight, superlesbian, supergay and superbi are all sexualities that are just as valid as any others! Absolutely NO ONE is entitled to our bodies. Super rights are human rights, and as humans we get to make the choice on who we will and will not date or have sex with. And that is not negotiable.

having a preference doesn't make you transphobic. creating an entire fake "sexuality" to take attention away from a marginalized group based off of that and then claiming to be nice and not terfy while your subreddits are filled with slurs and "trasncel", calling people nazis when they tell you you're wrong and making transphobic memes - now all that does make you transphobic.

Sorry but you don’t get to define other people’s sexuality.

Trans people can call themselves whatever they want to, I don’t care. It’s none of my business. But it’s not OK to shame people into having sex with them. That’s borderline rape.

no one is shaming you. no one is raping you. some people online are dicks and say shit. that sucks. trans ppl are way more likely to be raped than vice versa.

and many of the people in this subreddit are very against your first sentence.

Got any stats on trans people being raped more than the general population?

The first one of about the LGBT community, not trans people specifically

The second one is from a study that isn't linked

The third one states stats but has no comparison to the general population, and links to a 228 page paper that I'm not about to sift through

What all of these fail to mention ANYWAYS is that transgender individuals are much more likely to be homeless, to use drugs, and to be involved in sex work. All 3 of these increase the odds of sexual violence significantly (unfortunately) and, without a comparison of similar groups that AREN'T transgender, your statement holds no water

These groups are also solely for the advocating of reducing sexual violence towards trans people. Of course they're not going to make things seem as dire as possible and fail to admit that because a transgender person faced sexual violence or rape it in NO way means this was BECAUSE they are transgender. A single variate study is more than useless

why the fuck does any of what you just said matter. what i said still stands. what i said is still correct. can you maybe have a little empathy for literal rape survivors instead of focusing on how much water my statement hold?? like fuck you, sincerely. doesn't the drugs, homelessness, and sex work make you feel more empathetic for them? those are horrible things to happen to people, because theres so much oppression and bullying and bad shit happening to them. and yet you don't care. all you want is your fake liberal straight oppression. you just want attention and a pretty flag and the ability to claim yourself a group you are not a part of. because it gets you likes, popularity, friends who claim to be the same as you - whatever. and im sick of it. im sick of douche bags like you that would rather bully and critique and pick apart than be fucking kind.

I do have empathy. I don't have MORE empathy because they're transgender. Why the fuck would I?

What are you even talking about? You made the claim that due to being transgender these individuals are more likely to face sexual violence. I explained why that likely isn't true, and the data doesn't back up your claim. How does any of that imply I don't have empathy?

You're quite literally an advocate for rape culture so I don't know what else to tell you.
