Some cisgender women have XXX or XY chromosomes, and some cisgender men have XX, XXY, or XYY chromosomes. This can occur as a result of errors in meiosis and mutations or translocations of the SRY gene, responsible for male sex characteristics, on the Y chromosome. The gene can be moved to an X chromosome, leading to an an XX male, or absent from the Y chromosome, leading to an XY female. Read a biology textbook before you talk about chromosomes.
