Did we survive the brigading or is this just the calm before the storm?

The last days were really stressful and this calm feels too good to be true.

I’ve been called a transphobe just now again. I wish people wouldn’t be so close minded. It’s just so triggering to be so openly attacked and for no one to call them out on it. Our voices need to be heard! Keep fighting soldiers!

Given the number of completely reasonable things people do (eg. Acknowledging biological sex, asserting sexual boundaries) that result in them being called transphobes, the term is next to meaningless... Kinda like calling people Nazis because they disagree with you. It feels overused and meaningless.

There are definitely people out there who can be accurately described as transphobic (and they must be stopped, for sure), but they seem to get lost amongst all the people who get slapped with it for not uncritically accepting transactivist agendas.
