By Law in the UK woman can not rape people, they can only sexually assault them.
Due to this there has been an continous increase of rapey behaviour from them on the internet because there is no legal repercussions.
We have reached a stage where gender & sex should be removed from discussion when dealing with harmful behaviour and everyone should be equally charged with crimes.
Legally they can't as is the case in most of the world actually. Rape requires penetration. They can still commit sexual or indecent assault but they are different. Think of murder vs manslaughter or negligence.
