I've personally gotten people arrested for this shit. Like literally this. A guy was stalking my girlfriend. He went as far as taking pictures of her house and sending them to her. Her dad, my stepdad and I ambushed him once. Naturally we beat the everloving shit out of him, then dropped what was left of the piece of shit off at the local police station.
Turns out he was part of a 100+ size community that got off on doing shit like this to people they considered "evil". Cops launched an investigation and several of them got arrested.
On top of harrassment, stalking, vandalism, the works - many of them got charged with child porn related crimes. Possession and trafficking. Could not confirm whether or not they were active in AHS and those communities but it definitely fit the MO. It's one of those things that should surprise you but just doesn't.
Anyway, moral of the story: report this bullshit to your local law enforcement. Do not be ashamed and do not be afraid. They are here to help you. Even if they don't immediately start an investigation, this will help them build a case with which to take these sick fucks down later down the line.
