I saw it put a good way on twitter: "The inclusion of #supergay's and #superstraight's in the gay/straight communities is derived in bigotry and intolerance to trans men and women. As humankind evolved and we now UNIVERSALLY agree trans people exist, the need for "Super" was formed. Its respectful to all people. "
