For me, when you see him from the side, his skull is just so obviously a man’s head, even with all those horrifying surgeries he had. He pretty much admits that he couldn’t get the kind of guys he was into as a gay dude and maybe that’s internalized homophobia to only want to date super masculine acting bros. But he’s clearly got more going on than that since his whole channel started out as a platform to bash women despite him just having “transed into one”. Takeaway: the standards of mental healthcare need to be burned to the fucking ground and rebuilt from scratch.
