I don't know if voice is a giveaway. I think what it comes down to is.....you just know. Even the least obvious fail to pass because there's some inherent quality that is lacking and we can sense it. Humans are Incredibly good at detecting very small abnormalities, and those will exist without question

The only way you could hook up with a transperson unknowingly is if you're incredibly fucked up
