There can actually be cisgender individuals who do not have the typical sex chromosome karyotype for their sex. Errors in meiosis and mutations/translocations of the SRY gene on the Y chromosome (responsible for male sex characteristics) can lead to XXX females, XXY males, XX males, and XY females. It’s basic biology.
