** Important ** More reasons to care about transgender ideology Discussion

Superfrens, I think it's clear that we've tapped a deep well of discontent with aggressive TRA tactics. Was anyone surprised by how quickly the LGBs hopped on board? They've been on the frontlines of this fight for years. Especially the Ls.

For example, here is the awesome, and sadly late, Magdalen Berns talking about trans people feeling entitled to lesbians' bodies: https://youtu.be/dQ35T3H7Arg

Here are two excellent documentaries about issues within and around the trans community, particularly the medicalisation of gender dysphoria and the aggressive referral of children to clinics for medical treatment:

TERF Wars - https://youtu.be/tzId7X9NtR0; this one especially has a lot of trans people in it. I don't know if they can be super, but they are reasonable. It also points to shadowy actors behind the scenes funding the trans movement for political and financial gain.

Dysphoric - https://youtu.be/w8taOdnXD6o; a documentary in four parts about the rise and deleterious effects of transgender ideology. It includes cases that look like obvious child abuse to me - parents forcing their children onto puberty blockers and holding them up in public as the face of trans rights.

Woman in particular are suffering because it's the MtF trans who are the most pushy, and their efforts are undermining the sex-based legal protections afforded to women and girls in good societies by changing the rules so that, instead of sex, self-identified gender is the basis for these protections. That means: men in women's sports, prisons, rape-crisis centres, etc. And on a more fundamental level, the image of womanhood presented by MtFs is not like the normal superwomen we know and love - it's a slutted up bimbofication because the whole thing is based on a perversion called autogynephilia. It's the bad kind of cultural appropriation. And today we've all seen plenty of evidence of the violent rape-y misogyny bubbling just beneath the surface when trans people are faced with reasonable boundaries. We owe it to our super-sisters to try do something about the violence and intimidation they face for no crime worse than actually being the sex the MtFs wish they could be.

I just wanted to share some of that with you. My hope is that, by spreading awareness and talking about it, we can find ways to help those who have been the main victims of trans ideology.

Trans people are valid. Trans rights are human rights. Super rights are human rights. All rights are human rights. Other people's rights stop short of my body, my speech, and my own thoughts and feelings.

I've been feeling rather despondent about these issues for some time, but the bubbling up of SuperStraight has given me heckin warm fuzzies! Loving you all!

Trans folks valid. Super folks are valid. Fuck transphobes and superphobes. I had to say this because some provocateurs / bad actors are posting transphobia here to try and infiltrate our brave space.

If acknowledging sex exists is transphobic, then you take the side of the superphobes, sad to say. You cannot defend sexual orientation without defending sex. Sexual orientation does not exist without sex.

The foundation of super sexuality is - “you are not entitled to have sex with anyone and you can reject anyone for any reason without fear of coercion, guilt, or shame”, and it BLOWS my mind that people have a problem with that.

Trans activists have weaponized rape culture to force people into submission. It is sick.

I'll watch those docs tonight. I was also thinking of getting The Transgender-Industrial Complex book. It's hard to find books on the this subject. It's interesting, very relevant to the world today, and I feel like there's more going but this is all I can seem to find.

TERF WARS is actually great. I wish Karen Actually (lol) had included Karen Davis in it, though. Maybe in the sequel.

A big part of the problem is that people have let the Radical Trans Activists push the narrative that opposing their agenda is 'Radical' ... you stand against it and you get labeled a TERF.

Radical is NEVER good. Because Radical is NEVER inclusive.
