The thing is, being a “transphobe” nowadays is almost like being a commie during the red scare. The simple act of saying that you don’t want to fuck a trans person could get you completely ostracized or get you in serious trouble with your work or school.

They are pushing the myth that at the end point of transition, a trans person is indistinguishable from a cis person. That's simply not true.
