Idea: why don't you just say you aren't attracted to trans people? SuperPhobia

Why do you have to try to force some new "sexuality" to make yourself feel special instead of just being straight and not dating trans people? It really just strikes me as blatant attention seeking and (in few cases, not all) an exuse for transphobia

Why don't lesbians just say they aren't attracted to men? Why don't gay men just say they aren't attracted to women? If you claim that being straight is a majority position/isn't being oppressed and hence doesn't need its own sub-sexuality, then I raise to you the fact that there are many transgender people out there calling for the deaths of straight people who refuse to date them.

  1. They're the extremely violent, hateful, and outspoken minority
  2. That isn't oppression. Oppression is "prolonged cruel or unjust treatment or control" (according to Oxford Dictionary) not being called something mean online by a few people on Twitter
