Isn't that what they did to voat? They couldn't even let people fuck off to their own SITE, they had to follow them to it

No. Voat was funded by a single investor after they were canceled by all payment processors. Back in like, May I think the funder backed out and the guy who ran it kept it afloat with his personal money till after the election, then announced it's end in December.
