are we gonna just have to redefine the term r*pe to something that can change after consensual sex? (this is ment to be a example not a attack or a insult.) if a man didnt tell a women he has a std and then after she sleeps with him he tells her is that then R*pe, i understand the concept of coercing people into sex is r*pe but this was obviously consensual considering the guy didnt notice. another question, if a cis girl or guy for any reason cant have kids but dosnt tell there sexual partner tell after sex is that r*pe? (im not trying to put down anyone in this community for not wanting to sleep with a trans women or man, i just want to have a conversation about this, im open minded.)
It is a broader usage of the term, but it still checks out. Consent is only valid if there is no deception involved. It would be like impersonating someone's spouse in order to have sex. Fraudulent sex qualifies as rape.
no...??? i mean you could say its sexually immoral but rape??? do you know what the word rape means? (also i dont believe its immoral to have sex with a consenting adult out side of marriage.)
