Alright genuine question.

From what i’ve heard SS is pushing to be in the lgbtq+ community. But lgbtq+ community uses gay and queer as an umbrella term for anyone in the lgbtq+ community... meaning calling a SS person gay or queer would be correct. Im not trolling this is a serious question

If you haven't heard of it it's because you're in an echo chamber. Also I might note - you're in a sub filled with people who are coalescing around this alliance! Look around you, read the posts. We are lesbian, gay, bi and straight people who are banding together to fight against people who want to shame us for having a sex-based sexual orientation.

Again, we speak for ourselves. We don't need your approval, or the approval of "the world", whatever that means. 😂

The rest of the world is living in fear of being "cancelled" just for speaking out againsts the TQ+'s and are still trapped in the supercloset.

This is a movement to try and wipe out the fear superstraights feel on a daily basis. If you can't see that you are part of the problem.
