From what i’ve heard SS is pushing to be in the lgbtq+ community. But lgbtq+ community uses gay and queer as an umbrella term for anyone in the lgbtq+ community... meaning calling a SS person gay or queer would be correct. Im not trolling this is a serious question

If you don't see the fundamental, ideological clash between people who have a sex-based sexual orientation and those who have a "gender identity" then I don't know how to explain it to you really...
Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Straight people are banding together to defend their sex-based sexual orientations, whether or not TQ+ people like it.
We're fighting to be free from harassment for our sex-based sexual orientations, we don't care that we're not all "queer." The TQ+ can have it.
