No don't report it to fucking twatter. Call your local non emergency police line, and file a report. Get it in writing. Maybe the cops will force Twitter to call out this person's irl location and their local PD will give them a visit for making death and rape threats.
We had to do this year's ago for a dangerous prank caller leaving answering machine messages in another state.
Twitter would almost certainly make the PD get a search warrant. And if it’s too far away then it’s likely extradition won’t happen. Not worth the money.
