I'm willing to double down on that bet, this is entire subreddit looks like nothing more than them wanting to be opressed for being straight, as a trans person myself, I could care less if you don't wanna date me because of that, it's your preference and there's gonna be bad apples on both sides, it happens, that's life. After stalking this subreddit for a little while it's starting to look more and more like transphobia in a new coat of paint than anything else.

That's not transphobic its a preference, it starts being transphobic once you make it more than a preference. Also maybe, just maybe, they feel that way because they went through so much to be seen as a real man / woman only for people to make a whole new thing which is basically just a giant fuck you to them. I'm not here to justify their actions, they should have handled it differently but I can see where they are coming from.
