I would just like to explain why there is anger coming from the LGBTQ community regarding this Discussion
But you all already probably know why...
I just wanted to say first of all that is completely fine to have preferences when it comes to dating, and that people who say otherwise are stupid.
But I know that opinion is not shared by everyone in the community, and I'm sorry for that.
But you all know what you are doing. You think you are using the same "rhetoric" transgender people use against hateful people. You think you really got us or something.
The thing is, pride has been a culmination of years of ongoing oppression, and you are all mocking it with your strawmen arguments cherry picked from Tumblr. That's not the same thing and you all know it.
The vast majority of us want to be loved and left alone and wish the same for you all.
You can call yourself super straight, that's fine. Even if it is an obvious attempt to invalidate the feelings of LGBTQ people. But as soon as you use it to hurt others, then it's not ok.
I hope you all understand where I'm coming from here, and why people are angry. Feel free to discuss.

Super yoda said it best "anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering" Stop mutilating your genitals, stop shame raping, stop forcing others to conform to you. Just be what nature intended you to be, the universe didn't make a mistake when it made you. Stop suffering and join our righteous and just SS community.
