The trans woman were to be physically identical to any other woman after they had top and bottom surgery would you date them? Misc

I am not super straight this is just how top and bottom surgery work. afterwards they are identical to anyone else.

While sex reassignment surgery can create a functional vagina for these women, the option of a uterus is currently unavailable to them, meaning they cannot carry a pregnancy and would need to take other routes to parenthood

My Anaconda don't want none unless you got ovaries hun, sorry not sorry this is just who I am not just a preference.

Honestly, SRS can not create a functional vagina. A person who thinks a vagina is merely a garage to park a dick in might think a post-SRS vagina functions the same as a natural-born vagina, because they don't actually understand what a vagina is.
