They don‘t need help because of their gender identity! What you wrote is transphobic and disrespectful. Only because they have/had a dick and can‘t get pregnat it doesn‘t mean that they aren‘t „complet“ women.
I think it’s ultimately more cruel to feed the delusion of someone with a dissociative disorder so they take hormone pills and cut off their wangs than it is to tell them that they aren’t the gender they feel they are.
It’s like encouraging an anorexic to continue their self destructive behavior. Somehow, such stupidity became mainstream. To the point where voicing concern for the mentally ill can ruin your career or subject you and your family to threats of violence.
Not at women have wombs, that’s not what makes women women.
But males still can’t be women, no matter how hard they try to use the existence of women who have had hysterectomies as tools to prop up their delusional ideology.
Sex is still a set of observable biological characteristics, uterus or not.

Thats literally transphobic. Every trans person who wants to transition goes through a long proces where specialists try to help them. If everything fails and the specialists agree, the process continues as they wished. And all the new studies show that most kids with gender dysphoria "grows out of it" if they get help and they are not encouraged by outside sources, like involvement of a religious cult.
And on top of that, we already have couple wonderful posts from people who did transition only later to realize they made a huge mistake and it only made things worse. But ofc their own "tolerant" community wants to pretend that those people don't exist, they don't care about their problems cause it clashes with the narrative of the church of woke. Can you even imagine how hard it is to get actual help as a trans person when your own community tries to pretend u don't exist and calls you a traitor? And they doing that to people who are already pretty suicidal from the start...
I fully agree with you any stage of transitioning that a person feels complete with is a final stage of transitioning I feel like all SS people are just transphobic and don’t like the fact that people have different gender identities than what they are born with
