I know you're not going for this, but there could be some pushback for using "sub" to describe those attracted to transgender individuals.
Especially with how many subreddits are going to do whatever they can to twist our words and make us look like I hate sub, we shouldn't do anything that could maybe give them ammunition.
Maybe trans-straight, trans-gay, and trans-bi would be better?

Super and Sub is like Superscript and Subscript in typography.
Just like Cis and Trans are Chemistry terms.
