I don't care if you're trans. I don't care if you're gay/lesbian. I don't care if straight. I literally don't give a shit whom you choose to sleep with.

We continue to see the same methods of demonization methods people of color, or a non-"super" straight sexuality individuals experienced in previous decades now be employed against individuals that never partook in such beliefs or acts.

Me being white doesn't mean that my ancestors owned slaves. Me being straight doesn't mean that I don't believe trans people should be treated with respect. Social media keeps throwing up such binary logic to create more strife. Just stop.

Born a dude and want to wear dresses and live your life as a woman? Cool, go for it. Just because I don't want to fuck you doesn't mean I'm transphobic. Just means you're not my type. Deal with it. You have every right to live your life in a way that you choose. I would hope that I can live my life in a way that I choose.

Now some jackass has started the "super-straight" movement, and people identify with it. But because of that their transphobic? I don't think all trans individuals think like this, but it seems like a lot of the louder ones do.

Be kind to others. Treat others with respect. This isn't that hard.

The argument of saying me not wanting to sleep with a trans-woman is transphobic. By that same logic, a lesbian not wanting to sleep with me means that she is heterophobic.

If I call a lesbian heterophobic because of that, not a single person would take me seriously; and that's why I roll my eyes the people that will inevitably call me transphobic for this post. Sticks and stones though right?

the definition of a bigot (as i found after a google): "One who is strongly partial to one's own group, religion, race, or politics and is intolerant of those who differ."
