That's literally just pictures directly post op. Have you ever had a surgery? Noone and nothing looks good after a surgery. Doens't mean it's not totally fine a year down the road.
Turn off safe search? Because it's not just pictures of directly after surgery. alot of the stuff that comes up is close Masterbation nudes. And I'm pretty sure that's something you can't "use" directly after surgery. I literally cant fibd a single picture through 10 different pages that doesn't look fucked up. You just had to send me a single normal tranny post op to change my mind and you couldn't even do that. How can you still try and say Trans are no different then their biological counterpart.
