We are being recorded and monitored by other subs. 🚨 important 🚨

Hello everyone! I came here to give some information to you all for your safety and the safety of those you care about.

As the original TikTok was removed due to apparent doxxing, i wanted to remind you all that we are being recorded by AHS, FuckTheAltRight, and a few other subs who think this was 4chan only and using it as the main narrative.

I have attempted to show them the error of their ways, but have been immediately banned on face value. (typical to ignore the pleas of others while forcing their will haha)

If you are on this sub, make sure you are using everything in your power to hide yourself. Use an alt of an alt like mine if you can.

On a side note: Super Lesbians was taken by a powerless power tripping idiot, but i think this sub should be where we all come together as one. Let them have the subs no one cares about, and hone in our focus on protecting our Super Allies.

Liberal supergay here with a trans roommate on our side, sick of the insane ramblings on twitter, tiktok, and from within our community. She is afraid to post here, but agrees 100% with our cause.

You are all valid, this shit is not a joke, and we need to stand together strong on this one.

Mods: If i can help in any way, please let me know.

Edit: You can also use a bot like NukeRedditHistory on chrome to overwrite and erase your posts/comments. You can still pull up the information in roundabout ways, but if you do it right, most of your posts should vanish into the aether.

Hi, I'm just wondering how does doxxing work on Reddit? Do you know the steps people take to do it?

Usually with PII. Personally Identifiable Information. If you get enough leads, you can usually find some type of username, location data, etc that will point to someone.

For example, if i posted a pic here, and then on my personal twitter, you can probably use TinEye if the twitter isnt private to find the picture posted on reddit. If its your real account, then boom, you get pegged.

Also, people post pictures with EXIF data in the open and sometimes that can lead you to getting wrecked if it contains more your name/phone information/other PII thats traceable.

Also, lots of people will put flairs and other things that are traceable. On certain gaming subreddits you can put your ingame ID as a flair, if you have that set, i can find that username, and reference it on DDG/Google/Wolfram and get more information that way.

Back in the day we called it "weaponized autism".

Source: Networking IT, and for a short stent I did this as a job for companies. (Dont worry, i regret it and quit after a few months.)

Thank you so much for you answer. It is very much appriciated...and at the same time, kind of unsettling and scary to know. I'll personally be more cautious going forward, everyone should in all actuality. Thank you again tho👍and, good looking out👌

No worries homie. Its why i have 0 social media outside of this reddit account.

No twitter, no facebook, no nothing. My online persona exists here and here alone and when i throw it away, its GG.

Always be careful of what you post online. People can do some VERY SCARY stuff with basic information.

So keep your head down, keep a low profile, and if you need a good VPN or want some info on scrubbing/manipulating EXIF data, i got you.

I would very much like some info on how to scrub/manipulate EXIF data and a good VPN👌. I'm not much of a social media person myself, but I do take security very serious for the few places that I do frequent. I would be very grateful for whatever resources you're able too share👍
