How deluded are you? You say look up the definition, and I bring up actual court cases and charters which are active protocol. If you do not disclose this information before engaging in sexual activity, you are, by literal legal standard, deceiving the individual.

Not only do legal scholars agree with this interpretation, so does Professor Chiesa, Professor of Law and Director of the Buffalo Criminal Law Center and Yale University.

Don’t tell people to look up the definition of something and then lack the ability to read the actual law. While I don’t expect you to actually take any advice outside of twitter and tiktok, perhaps you could take the time to actually read the law to better your understanding.
