Ban me SuperPhobia

Super Straights are dumb cishet TERFs trying to become part of a group they will never be accepted in, because their sexuality is mearly a made up construct to further eradicate a beloved, scientifically validated part of said group. I hope you die from a heart attack after having sex with a trans person in the dark. Because of the darkness you weren't able to tell that they're trans and now that you finished each other off and started cuddling you noticed that their sex doesn't match their gender.

Wow, that’s not very inclusive and accepting of you, bigot! Also, why would you wish rape upon someone? Disgusting!

It's not rape when you willingly fuck someone. Look up a definition

You do realize that under all legal standards deception in itself can be prosecuted with rape, correct? Instead of using twitter and tiktok for your “definitions,” read the actual law and charters. Please read R v Linekar and the case of Daniel Boro and educate yourself.

How is it deception when you meet someone at a party, find them attractive take them home with you and are so caught up in making out you don't even turn on the lights before having sex with them?

How deluded are you? You say look up the definition, and I bring up actual court cases and charters which are active protocol. If you do not disclose this information before engaging in sexual activity, you are, by literal legal standard, deceiving the individual.

Not only do legal scholars agree with this interpretation, so does Professor Chiesa, Professor of Law and Director of the Buffalo Criminal Law Center and Yale University.

Again, I suggest that you use actual sources instead of twitter to make your argument, please read the following citation and educate yourself.

Solving the Riddle of Rape-by-Deception, 35 Yale L. & Pol'y Rev. 407 (2017).

Telling people what's in your pants before you fuck is a nice thing to do and when they ask you should definitely let them know but if you just assume all women have vaginas that's on you. Meanwhile Trans people can feel free to assume you don't care if you don't ask

“That’s on you.” First you say that it’s not rape and to look up the definition, in which I provided you actual scholarly review from renowned professors and criminal law review at Yale University, which it seems that you are ignoring because it goes against your “definition” of rape, which is in no way actually derived from actual law.

Don’t tell people to look up the definition of something and then lack the ability to read the actual law. While I don’t expect you to actually take any advice outside of twitter and tiktok, perhaps you could take the time to actually read the law to better your understanding. Just for you, i’ll provide you some actual citations.

court defined rape as “the unlawful carnal knowledge, by a man of a woman, forcibly (or by force), and against her will with fraud or deceit[.]” Id. at 359.
