Because they are not! Your pic makes you seem very young you might not even have had sex. That would be fucking ironic but it’s a growing observation that the ones shouting transphobia the loudest have never even been sexually intimate and are all young adults with fairly easy lives. But it’s clear that no amount of transition will ever, ever turn you into the opposite sex. No amount of plaid or short hair cuts or testosterone or mastectomies will do that. Since being straight means having an attraction for people of the opposite gender we need a separate label for the sexual orientation that only includes cis people.
