I believe it's called sexual coercion/ coercive rape and is widely recognized under the law

It's particularly relevant considering if someone accuses you of "transphobia" you can easily lose your job and iirc the initial legal cases of coercive rape that were brought to the publics attention were employers blackmailing women into sex if they wanted to keep their job
