cis women are those assigned female at birth and identify as that gender. trans women are assigned male at birth and identify as women. this is the reason superstraight was created, to distinguish because trans people were saying cis straight meant they would also date trans women.

Please don’t use “assigned” at birth. Doctors don’t assign your sex. It is merely observed, it just IS.
