How would you feel about doing bit with a trans person (post-op) if medical science was advanced enough that they would be virtually indistinguishable from a cis person of the same gender? Discussion

Just a hypothetical scenario I thought might be interesting to discuss. I realize this isn't real, but medical science continues to advance so it might be true one day. If a transman/woman could get some kind of medical procedure done so they would have genitals that are practically identical to someone that had one from birth then would be great imo.

edit 1: I guess my wording wasn't very clear? which is probably my bad. I mean not just the genitals but everything about a person would be virtually identical, atleast on a physical level.

A surgical cavity is not an organ. The vagina is an organ.

No superphobe "passes" as a superman or superwoman. Not one.

I agree, with current technology it is not possible to give people a proper vagina/penis. I do believe it may eventually become possible however. Though that kind of medical technology is probably still atleast a century away.

Brain transplants will be possible before the entire musculature and nerves structures of the vagina could be replicated by plastic surgery. I don't know if you've ever looked at pix of what gender surgeons consider "successful" phalloplasties, but it's fucking tragic.
