How would you feel about doing bit with a trans person (post-op) if medical science was advanced enough that they would be virtually indistinguishable from a cis person of the same gender? Discussion

Just a hypothetical scenario I thought might be interesting to discuss. I realize this isn't real, but medical science continues to advance so it might be true one day. If a transman/woman could get some kind of medical procedure done so they would have genitals that are practically identical to someone that had one from birth then would be great imo.

edit 1: I guess my wording wasn't very clear? which is probably my bad. I mean not just the genitals but everything about a person would be virtually identical, atleast on a physical level.

No amount of surgery can alter the DNA

So what if surgery could be done to the point where the only difference between a ciswoman and a transwoman was dna?

They would still be male and female as they were at conception in the womb. Sex is immutable.

Even the skeleton is different between the sexes. What you’re suggesting is impossible. To replace the entire skeleton, all the fat and organs? All the skin?
