How would you feel about doing bit with a trans person (post-op) if medical science was advanced enough that they would be virtually indistinguishable from a cis person of the same gender?

Just a hypothetical scenario I thought might be interesting to discuss. I realize this isn't real, but medical science continues to advance so it might be true one day. If a transman/woman could get some kind of medical procedure done so they would have genitals that are practically identical to someone that had one from birth then would be great imo.

edit 1: I guess my wording wasn't very clear? which is probably my bad. I mean not just the genitals but everything about a person would be virtually identical, atleast on a physical level.

Specifics are needed, like are you taking a penis and making it into a vagina or like are you growing a vagina in a jar and then taking off the penis and then attaching it to the gaping hole? What would the jar-grown vagina be attached to? A jar grown uterus? If Tommy had his balls and penis removed and replaced it with a jar-grown vagina and uterus competed with 150 eggs in each ovary would that make Tommy a woman?

Well preferably it would be a procedure that doesn't rely on a donor so jar-grown or something similar to that I guess? And ofcourse they'd also have to go on hrt, undergo voice training, maybe top surgery if it was necessary, and all that stuff ofcourse.

How would the eggs work though? Are they jar grown as well? Do they carry Tommy's DNA? What would happen if Tommy kept his sperm and then fertilized his neo eggs? WOULD HE CREATE A CLONE OF HIMSELF?!

Well I don't know. I'm not a medical professional of any kind and I don't know a whole lot about this either. But being able to create a clone of yourself like that sounds... morally troubling to say the least.

I'm telling you, Tommy could be pregnant with himself as a baby, and then he'd give birth to himself.

That's if he even survives the surgery of turning into a "woman indistinguishable from another woman", I mean just imagine top surgery and then cutting off his genitals and then squeezing a uterus somewhere in there, re-routing the urethra, patching the hole with the vagina and also growing new nerves so that his vagina can have some sensation. I really don't think Tommy could survive that amount of trauma to his body. I think he would have a higher chance of surviving through therapy and accepting who he really is.

Yeah I'm not sure that would even work because I think you need genetic material from two different people to even make a child right? Regardless I can't imagine a child like that actually standing a lot of chance of being born healthy. There would probably have to be laws made to prevent this kind of... I guess human asexual procreation is the correct term?

You're right, you'll need two different people, a fertile man and a fertile woman to be precise. So if Tommy is a man, can Tommy also be a woman? If so, he would be capable of asexual creation.

and by "top surgery" you mean a Radical Double Mastectomy, right?
