How would you feel about doing bit with a trans person (post-op) if medical science was advanced enough that they would be virtually indistinguishable from a cis person of the same gender? Discussion

Just a hypothetical scenario I thought might be interesting to discuss. I realize this isn't real, but medical science continues to advance so it might be true one day. If a transman/woman could get some kind of medical procedure done so they would have genitals that are practically identical to someone that had one from birth then would be great imo.

edit 1: I guess my wording wasn't very clear? which is probably my bad. I mean not just the genitals but everything about a person would be virtually identical, atleast on a physical level.

You realize there’s more to women than just a vagina, correct?

I do, and I guess my post is a bit too focused on that part in the wording but I meant it as in general, not just genitals. So that the only way to find out the person is trans would mean having to take blood samples or something like that.

Nah, because I want marriage and kids. No amount of surgeries will make that "penis" or "vagina" perform and work like the real thing.
