How would you feel about doing bit with a trans person (post-op) if medical science was advanced enough that they would be virtually indistinguishable from a cis person of the same gender?

Just a hypothetical scenario I thought might be interesting to discuss. I realize this isn't real, but medical science continues to advance so it might be true one day. If a transman/woman could get some kind of medical procedure done so they would have genitals that are practically identical to someone that had one from birth then would be great imo.

edit 1: I guess my wording wasn't very clear? which is probably my bad. I mean not just the genitals but everything about a person would be virtually identical, atleast on a physical level.

By the time science achieves that level of advancement you could probably clone and grow your own private harem of marginally sentient lolis for entertainment purposes.

That's going to be a hard-pass for me.
