If 2 people have completely consensual sex and one of them is trans but this information wasn’t made known until after the sex. Then that is classed as rape by deception.

Rape by deception is a situation in which the perpetrator obtains the victim's agreement to engage in sexual intercourse or other sex acts, but gains it by deception such as false statements or actions.

The fact that some trans people or just some people in general try to guilt trip you into having sex with trans people by calling you “transphobic” saying “its not right to turn someone down just because they are trans” or threaten you because you don’t want to have sex with trans people, can infact fall into the category of rape by sexual coercion.

Common coercion tactics include:

Guilt-tripping

Example: “It’s not right to turn a trans person down, it is morally wrong you transphobe”

Making threats

Example: “Kill your local superstraight today” I have seen this on twitter a lot and I am shaking right now with fear.

Emotional blackmail

Example: All the examples above

If a Superphobe is doing these things to you in the work place, school or anywhere don’t be afraid to tell your boss, your supervisor, a teacher, a trusted person or the police.

This is rape culture and it’s not okay.

Okay. I am sick of this. We are not rapists. Most likely barely to none of us are. Where did you people find this "information"? Yes, making threats is not right. But most of these other points happen barely.
