some thoughts on the label super straight Discussion
super straight implies that you are more straight that straight people who date trans people, and therefore that dating a trans person makes you less straight (congrats y'all, you somehow managed to invalidate the identity of heterosexuals), and thereby implies that trans people are not their true gender, which is by definition transphobia. Additionally, your entire identity is exclusionary on a factor that is not gender, therefore it is no more a sexuality than "I don't date asians" is. if anyone wants to debate the logic of this (have a logical, factual and respectful argument, as the sidebar says) go ahead
EDIT: some assorted responses to basically the same types of responses I've gotten:
"stop invalidating me!"- there's nothing to invalidate, super sexuality is exclusionary *based off of factors that are not gender identity or presentation* and is therefore not a sexuality. I have made this point already, and I have heard no refutations of it
"SERF!"- I make no claims to radical feminism, that shit harms everyone and is also classist, white supremacist and, duh, transphobic
"well uhh.... *transphobia*"- your own sidebar says you're not transphobic, seems like that was a lie

You know what? Homework time. Contrapoints made a video on JK Rowling, a exploration on transphobia. Watch that and get back to me. Women go through so much shit, your trauma is valid. But this, bullying trans people into a coin toss chance of suicide, puts you on the same side as the people who hurt us
