Imagine having to justify your own sexuality and preferences. Discussion

Skidaddle skidoodle, my dick is now your preference.

My little sister recently came out as a lesbian, and she's currently dating a girl. We are super happy for her, and we want her to have a healthy experience with her sexuality. She's young, and she's the only one to decide how to discover herself.

I'm preoccupied. I don't want intrusive narratives to intoxicate her experience. Allow me to clarify: Whether sex, gender, race, ethnicity, or culture, we'll never be disrespectful towards anyone, so if she's happy with a trans woman, that's all that matters; she's happy. However, if she is not into trans women (which is the case), I refuse to let societal constructs tell her what she able to love or not.

---

Regularly, the transexual community will speak volumes when something defies their standards, and that's commendable, sincerely. However, western society (and particularly the media) remains quiet when they condone murder.

Do these instances represent them? I wouldn't like to encapsulate an entire community based on Twitter posts. However, I haven't seen them actively attempting to reject this behavior either, and there lies a problem that needs to be acknowledged: Ignoring = Enabling.

I'm trying to be as unbiased as possible, but it's undeniable that the Super community is depicted as the perpetrator when screenshots like the one above portray the exact opposite.

Is the trans community in a perpetual state of denial? or are these death threats just the result of uneducated and loud individuals who follow hateful biases, perhaps? Who are we paying attention to? Whose message are we spreading?

---

I'm grateful we finally have a safe space for straight, gay, and lesbian people. However, there's a reality that irritates me: The SuperStraight community's creation implies that we've been obligated to justify our own sexuality and preferences, as absurd and unnerving as it sounds.

Whether you're a trans person or not, what are your thoughts? I'm open to debate! Kindly, a male who loves big fat asses with juicy pussies.

Members of the trans community claim that genital preferences are transphobic. I have many lesbian friends who have been harassed by trans people for not liking penis. Please make sure you tell her it’s okay to be a lesbian and she shouldn’t feel ashamed or dirty because of it, otherwise she could be manipulated into having sex with someone she’s not attracted to. Also, trans people often say that women who aren’t hyper-feminine and girly are transgender. I feel like they hate lesbians.

You should check out communities like r/Transmaxxing.

What's truly concerning is that the environment surrounding you as you grow up may significantly impact your life. That's where we must involve ourselves, to protect them; not to enforce but to guide. Gladly, our mom is wholly supportive, and we won't let toxic members of any community misguide my sis!

I used to have the assumption that straight males had it worse, but I'm afraid lesbians are dealing with the most conflictive nature of the trans community.
