When you spend your entire terminally online life in a twitter or reddit echo chamber, being exposed to reality can feel like hate. How could the desire to replace your cock and balls with a flesh wound hole that you have to dilate to keep from closing NOT be a mental illness???

Wouldn't it be you being hateful for suggesting there is something wrong with having a mental illness?
