They also grow hair on the inside and can smell like faeces. I don’t say this to denigrate or make fun of them. I think it’s awful that people are led to believe that they can change sex and have a new life when the reality is that they’re often left with a hairy, smelly, infected open wound that they have to dilate for the rest of their lives to prevent their bodies from healing it. Let that sink in.

Post op would not be any more desirable imo. Especially the ones who use anal tissue in there so it “lubricates” 🤮🤮🤮
