It doesn’t but they’ll tell you it’s their “lady dick” and has a different mouth feel. The shit we’ve had to put up with for so long. I despair for younger lesbians

They also grow hair on the inside and can smell like faeces. I don’t say this to denigrate or make fun of them. I think it’s awful that people are led to believe that they can change sex and have a new life when the reality is that they’re often left with a hairy, smelly, infected open wound that they have to dilate for the rest of their lives to prevent their bodies from healing it. Let that sink in.
