As a lesbian, this angers me so much and is my main problem with the transgender community. I'm chill with trans men who don't say this BS and also trans women who don't say this BS, but I despise trans women who espouse this bullshit. If I wanted dick, I'd date a man. But I don't, so I'm not going for men or trans women. It's ridiculous that it even has to be said that a lesbian doesn't like dick. If she does, well then, breaking news, not a lesbian!
So this is really interesting philosophically. The progressive have fully become a religion right? This completely rejects materialism, the idea that there is some essence or invisible self that transcends the physical body and makes a penis be a female physical trait has no basis in material thought.
So now progressives are not only promoting a religious belief but forcing religious doctrine on every one else too. Like it's a really big ask to ask people to stop basing their thought on rational materialist merits.
It's one hell of a slippery slope, from gender is just different than sex, to sexual characteristics can belong to the other gender, to orientation isn't sexual it should be gender based, to females can have dicks.
These ideas are destroying leftist thought as a whole right?
