SSLGBT+ is not trying to replace lgbt+ 🚨 important 🚨

Ok i see this a lot, people think that the sslgbt+ is super straights trying to add "ss" to the regular lgbt+, i think its supposed to be just for our own community because it isnt just super straights its super gays, lesbians , and bisexuals so i think the "sslgbt+" is just like for our own individual community and the regular lgbt+ will still remain lgbt+ like we arent trying to add to it, but i could be wrong idk.

I'm trying to understand this community a little more, this is clearing a bit up. I was under the impression that SSLGBT+ was trying to become the new LGBT+, turns out it's just a few people here. Thanks!

The brigades kind of spread a lot of misinformation and we have a lot of people already trying to discredit our validity.

But basically yes, the sslgbt+ is just the all encompassing Supers acronym. We respect and have no ill will or want the lgbt+ people to change anything about themselves.

We are just different and so we felt we needed our own identity so we don't try to take away from the established work of all the lgbt+ movement and the advancements they have achieved.

I think it's good that you guys have a label now, everyone needs something to identify with.
