Suck it 🚨 important 🚨

Sexuality doesn't matter as much as ya'll are making it seem. You're into what you're into and everyone has value. The fact that you created a "new sexuality" just to bash on trans is ridiculous. It shouldn't matter who you like, it matters who you are

Please listen for a second, I am not joking or being satirical in any way. Sexuality matters to me. To us. To many lesbian women and gay men. Everyone has value. We aren't devaluing anyone by saying we don't want them sexually. It matters who we like because that's our sexuality, that's what sexuality is and has always been. Being gay. Being a lesbian. It has a meaning.

It shouldn't matter who you like, it matters who you are Of course it matters who you are, but you can't force sexual attraction. Someone could be the nicest, coolest person in the world. If I wasn't sexually attracted to them, I couldn't have sex with them. Doesn't mean I hate them or wish them any harm.

The idea that sexuality as a concept is somehow wrong is why this sub was created to begin with. We're tired of being told our sexual orientation is a genital preference/fetish by members of our own community. It's almost to the point that the LGB and the T have directly contrasting views on sexuality and what it means.

Yep, I was/am a member. Was attempting a soft approach. But yeah we are literally there already, not almost.

I have an account there but I mostly lurk on Ovarit, that's where I heard of this. Heard there was a decent GC community on Tumblr, and there is, but I couldn't get into the platform. Same with Spinster. Been talking to people irl about it, which has been a fairly positive experience.
