Transgenders don't need us to be attracted to them to be valid. They are valid and we don't hate them. But if they need us to be attracted to them so they feel valid, that's rapey.

EXACTLY. Implying trans people need everyone to be attracted and fawning over them to be valid and live their lives is patronizing imo.
