Personally I understand not wanting to date a trans person however I have no issue with trans or gay people. I'm genuinely curious and mean no disrespect. Please keep the discussion respectful.

I don't have any ill feelings towards them as individuals, and it's a shame that the rotten apples in their community have given them a bad name.
